يمكنك حذف هوية تسجيل الدخول من داخل التطبيق، أو مراسلتنا إذا لم يعد بإمكانك الدخول. توضح الصفحة بدقة ما يُحذف وما يحتاج خطوة منفصلة.
You can delete your sign-in identity in the app or contact us if you can no longer sign in. This page explains exactly what is deleted and what requires a separate action.
الحذف من داخل التطبيقDelete inside the app
- افتح Ebhar Note وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب المطلوب.
- افتح القائمة الجانبية، ثم الحساب/الملف الشخصي.
- اختر حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ التحذير ثم أكد الحذف. قد يطلب Firebase تسجيل دخول حديثًا لحماية الحساب.
- انتظر رسالة نجاح العملية. لا تغلق التطبيق أثناء تنفيذ الطلب.
- Open Ebhar Note and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the side menu, then Account/Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm. Firebase may require a recent sign-in to protect the account.
- Wait for the success message. Do not close the app while the request is running.
ما الذي يُحذف؟What is deleted?
- حساب المصادقة في Firebase المرتبط بالبريد أو تسجيل Google، بما في ذلك معرّف المستخدم وبيانات الملف التي تحتفظ بها هوية Firebase.
- نسخة معلومات المستخدم المخبأة محليًا لتسجيل الدخول.
- The Firebase Authentication identity linked to email or Google sign-in, including the user identifier and profile data held by the Firebase identity.
- The locally cached sign-in profile.
يبدأ الحذف بعد التأكيد ويستغرق المدة الفنية اللازمة لتنفيذ طلب Firebase. إذا فشلت العملية لا يُعامل تسجيل الخروج كحذف، ويجب إعادة المحاولة أو التواصل معنا.
Deletion begins after confirmation and takes the technical time required to complete the Firebase request. If it fails, signing out is not treated as deletion; retry or contact us.
بيانات لا تُحذف تلقائيًاData not deleted automatically
- الملاحظات والمرفقات المحلية: احذفها من التطبيق، أو امسح مساحة تخزين التطبيق من إعدادات Android، أو أزل التطبيق.
- بيانات Google Drive الخاصة بالتطبيق: احذفها من إعدادات Google Drive/إدارة التطبيقات المتصلة أو أزل بيانات Ebhar Note المرتبطة بحساب Google.
- سجل Google Play: تديره Google وقد تحتفظ ببيانات المعاملة لأسباب قانونية ومكافحة الاحتيال والاسترداد.
- اشتراك Pro: حذف حساب Ebhar Note لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play. ألغِه من اشتراكات Google Play إذا كان نشطًا.
- Local notes and attachments: delete them in the app, clear the app's Android storage, or uninstall the app.
- Google Drive App Data: remove it through Google Drive settings/connected-app management or delete Ebhar Note data associated with your Google Account.
- Google Play history: Google manages it and may retain transaction data for legal, anti-fraud, and refund purposes.
- Pro subscription: deleting the Ebhar Note account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions if active.
تعذر الدخول إلى التطبيق؟Cannot access the app?
أرسل طلبًا من البريد المرتبط بالحساب إلى rowadyemen1@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Ebhar Note». اذكر بريد الحساب فقط وأي معلومات بسيطة لازمة للتحقق من ملكيته.
Send a request from the email linked to the account to rowadyemen1@gmail.com with the subject “Ebhar Note account deletion request.” Include only the account email and minimal information needed to verify ownership.
لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو محتوى الملاحظات أو رموز شراء كاملة. قد نطلب خطوة تحقق مناسبة قبل الحذف لحماية الحساب من الطلبات غير المصرح بها.
Do not send your password, note content, or complete purchase credentials. We may request an appropriate verification step before deletion to protect the account from unauthorized requests.
