تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام Ebhar Note والنسخة المجانية ومزايا Pro المدفوعة.
These terms govern use of Ebhar Note, its free tier, and paid Pro features.
1. قبول الشروط1. Accepting these terms
باستخدام التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, stop using the app.
2. الاستخدام والبيانات2. Use and data
استخدم التطبيق بصورة قانونية ولا تستخدمه للإضرار بالآخرين. أنت مسؤول عن محتواك وعن الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية مناسبة لبياناتك المهمة وعن حماية كلمة مرور النسخة المحمولة.
Use the app lawfully and do not use it to harm others. You are responsible for your content, appropriate backups of important data, and protecting your portable-backup password.
3. النسخة المجانية وPro3. Free tier and Pro
التطبيق مجاني التنزيل ويوفر ميزات أساسية وحدودًا مجانية موضحة داخل شاشة الترقية. تفتح Pro الميزات الموضحة في شاشة الشراء. تعرض Google Play السعر والعملة والشروط النهائية قبل موافقتك.
The app is free to download and includes the basic features and limits shown on the upgrade screen. Pro unlocks the features described on the purchase screen. Google Play displays the final price, currency, and terms before approval.
4. الاشتراكات4. Subscriptions
تتجدد الخطط الشهرية والسنوية تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ من Google Play قبل موعد التجديد. يمكن إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من حساب Google Play. يوقف الإلغاء التجديد المستقبلي ولا يحذف بيانات المستخدم. ترخيص Pro ملك لحساب المستخدم الموثّق ويعمل على جهاز نشط واحد. نقل التفعيل يلغي الجهاز السابق: مرة كل 30 يومًا للخطة الشهرية، و4 مرات خلال 12 شهرًا للخطة السنوية ومدى الحياة. عند بلوغ الحد يبقى الشراء محفوظًا والجهاز السابق نشطًا، ويمكن طلب استثناء من الدعم.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete user data. A Pro license belongs to the verified app account and works on one active device. A transfer deactivates the previous device: once per 30 days for monthly, and four times per 12 months for yearly and lifetime. At the limit, the purchase remains owned and the previous device stays active; support may grant an exception.
5. شراء مدى الحياة5. Lifetime purchase
Lifetime منتج غير قابل للاستهلاك يُدفع مرة واحدة لفتح الميزات المحلية المشمولة والمعلنة وقت الشراء. لا يشمل تلقائيًا خدمات خارجية مستقبلية ذات تكلفة تشغيل مستقلة ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة.
Lifetime is a non-consumable, one-time purchase for the included local features described at purchase. It does not automatically include future externally operated services with separate running costs unless expressly stated.
6. المدفوعات والاسترداد6. Payments and refunds
تعالج Google Play الدفع والفوترة والاسترداد. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسات Google Play والقانون المطبق. لا يستلم التطبيق بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة.
Google Play processes payment, billing, and refunds. Refund requests are governed by Google Play policy and applicable law. The app does not receive your full card details.
7. التوافر وحدود المسؤولية7. Availability and liability
نبذل جهدًا معقولًا للحفاظ على التطبيق، لكن لا نضمن عدم انقطاعه أو خلوه المطلق من الأخطاء. لا تستخدمه بديلًا عن مشورة مالية أو قانونية أو طبية متخصصة.
We use reasonable care to maintain the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not treat it as professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
