• محتوى المستخدم: الملاحظات والمجلدات والعمليات المالية والتذكيرات والعناوين والترتيب والإعدادات.
• المرفقات: الصور والصوت والملفات وملفات PDF التي تختار إنشاءها أو إضافتها.
• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف Firebase والاسم وصورة الحساب وبيانات المصادقة اللازمة، عند اختيار إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول.
• المشتريات: معرّف المنتج ورمز الشراء وحالة الاستحقاق اللازمة لتشغيل Pro واستعادة المشتريات. لا يستلم التطبيق رقم بطاقتك البنكية الكامل.
• التفعيل الاختياري: رمز هدية ومعرّف جهاز مولّد، فقط إذا استخدمت ترخيص هدية وكانت خدمة التحقق مفعلة.
• التفضيلات المحلية: اللغة والمظهر وإعدادات الأمان والمزامنة وحالة Pro المخزنة على الجهاز.

• User content: notes, folders, finance entries, reminders, titles, order, and settings.
• Attachments: images, audio, files, and PDFs you choose to create or add.
• Account data: email address, Firebase identifier, display name, profile image, and required authentication data when you choose to create or use an account.
• Purchases: product identifier, purchase token, and entitlement state required for Pro and purchase restoration. The app does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Optional activation: a gift code and generated device identifier only if gift licensing is used and verification is enabled.
• Local preferences: language, appearance, security, sync, and cached Pro settings stored on your device.

لا يطلب التطبيق الموقع أو جهات الاتصال أو سجل المكالمات أو الرسائل. يصل إلى الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الملفات فقط عندما تبدأ ميزة تتطلب ذلك، مثل التقاط صورة أو تسجيل صوت أو اختيار مرفق.

The app does not request location, contacts, call logs, or messages. It accesses the camera, microphone, or files only when you start a feature that needs them, such as taking a photo, recording audio, or selecting an attachment.

يُحفظ المحتوى الأساسي في قاعدة بيانات ومساحة خاصة بالتطبيق على جهازك. تُستخدم الإشعارات والتنبيهات لتذكيراتك فقط. يتحقق Android من البصمة أو قفل الجهاز محليًا؛ لا يحصل Ebhar Note على قالب بصمتك ولا يخزنه.

Core content is stored in the app's private database and storage on your device. Notifications and alarms are used for your reminders. Android verifies biometrics or the device credential locally; Ebhar Note does not receive or store your biometric template.

شراء Pro اختياري. تعرض Google Play السعر والعملة وشروط الاشتراك قبل موافقتك، وتعالج الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد. للتحقق من الشراء ومنع استخدام الترخيص على جهازين، تعالج خدمة Firebase معرّف المنتج ورمز الشراء ومعرّف حساب المستخدم وبريده الموثق ومعرّف جهاز مجزّأ. يُربط الترخيص بحساب المستخدم وجهاز نشط واحد، وتُحفظ سجلات نقل التفعيل لتطبيق الحدود الموضحة داخل التطبيق. لا يستلم التطبيق بيانات بطاقتك.

Pro is optional. Google Play displays price, currency, and subscription terms before approval, and processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. To verify purchases and enforce one active device, Firebase processes the product ID, purchase token, app account identifier, verified email, and a hashed device identifier. The license is bound to the user account and one active device, and activation transfer timestamps are retained to enforce the limits shown in the app. The app never receives your card details.

8. الاحتفاظ والحذف وحقوقك8. Retention, deletion, and your choices

• تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى تحذفها من التطبيق أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيله.
• تبقى بيانات Google Drive App Data حتى يحذفها المستخدم من حساب Google/Drive أو يزيل البيانات المرتبطة بالتطبيق.
• حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق يحذف هوية تسجيل الدخول من Firebase بعد إعادة المصادقة عند الحاجة، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائيًا البيانات المحلية أو بيانات Drive أو سجل شراء Google Play.
• قد تحتفظ Google بسجلات معاملات محدودة وفق التزاماتها القانونية ومكافحة الاحتيال والاسترداد.
• تستطيع تسجيل الخروج وإيقاف المزامنة وعدم شراء Pro والتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت.

• Local data remains until you delete it in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
• Google Drive App Data remains until you remove it from your Google/Drive account or delete data associated with the app.
• In-app account deletion removes the Firebase sign-in identity after reauthentication when needed, but it does not automatically delete local data, Drive data, or Google Play purchase history.
• Google may retain limited transaction records for legal, anti-fraud, and refund obligations.
• You can sign out, stop synchronization, decline Pro, and stop using the app at any time.

9. ملكية المحتوى وحقوق التطبيق9. Content ownership and app rights

تحتفظ بحقوقك في الملاحظات والملفات التي تنشئها. لا ينقل استخدام التطبيق ملكية محتواك إلى المطور، وإنما يمنح التطبيق الصلاحية التقنية اللازمة لتنفيذ التخزين أو المزامنة أو المشاركة التي طلبتها. اسم التطبيق وتصميمه وبرمجياته وشعاراته وعناصره الأصلية تظل محمية بحقوق أصحابها.

You retain your rights in the notes and files you create. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your content to the developer; it only grants the technical permission needed to perform storage, synchronization, or sharing you request. The app name, design, software, logos, and original elements remain protected by their owners' rights.

10. الأطفال10. Children

التطبيق ذو تصنيف عام، لكنه غير مصمم عمدًا لجمع بيانات الأطفال. ينبغي لولي الأمر الإشراف على استخدام الحسابات والخدمات السحابية وإجراء المشتريات عند الاقتضاء. تواصل معنا إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا قدّم بيانات حساب دون التفويض المناسب.

The app has a general audience rating, but it is not intentionally designed to collect children's data. A parent or guardian should supervise accounts, cloud services, and purchases where appropriate. Contact us if you believe a child provided account data without appropriate authorization.

11. التغييرات والتواصل11. Changes and contact

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير وظائف التطبيق أو الخدمات أو المتطلبات النظامية. ننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذا الرابط ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وقد نعرض إشعارًا إضافيًا إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا ويتطلب ذلك.

We may update this policy when app features, services, or regulatory requirements change. The revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date, and an additional notice may be provided when a material change requires it.
